What Can I Expect?
- 3 Month Program
Lasting change doesn’t happen over night. After all, it’s taken you a life time to get here! You’ll have the opportunity to create space to truly press into Jesus during this time as you navigate what it is He’s calling you deeper into. You’ll have a guide for 3 whole months so you never have to feel alone. You’ll always have the opportunity to continue working together on an ongoing basis beyond the 3 months! - 1:1 Connection (Coaching) Calls
We’ll schedule bi-weekly calls via Zoom (online video conferencing) or phone to connect and dig into the situations weighing on your heart. We’ll dig deep and uncover to the root so you can feel the weight lift.
For a 3 month program, you’ll receive 6, 45-minute calls.We’ll use my process to address specific circumstances keeping you stuck and apply the methods to overcome the lies to achieve transformation even quicker. You’ll receive tough love from time to time and have a cheerleader in me, cheering you onward and upward! - Voxer Access Anywhere/Anytime – Voxer is a smartphone app. You’ll have the opportunity to send voice messages or text chat to me (Misty) at any time. At any given moment when something is on your heart you can share it. You can expect prompt responses (during 8am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri) and from time to time deeper reflection opportunities and “heart-work” that will benefit your journey.
- Thought and Reflection Prompts – From time to time, you’ll receive prompts to help you go deeper. This is heart work, never home work. Self-reflection is vital to deeper growth.
- Bible verse affirmations/declarations – You can expect topical and applicable Bible passages/verses that pertain to our calls.
