Prior to the call, you’ll complete a simple application form that will allow you to share your current struggles and main goals for the session. Doing this ahead of time will ensure we get straight to business during our call together. Once this is received, you’ll receive a link to choose q session time/date that fits with your schedule.
In the session, we will discuss your specific challenges and goals. We will work through my IPRR framework: Identify Emotions & Their Results, Process Through Emotions Using Strategic Tools, and Reflect/Refocus. We’ll customize the IPRR method and tools to fit your lifestyle and unique needs.
After the call, you’ll be given resources to equip you going forward and you’l receive homework to help you continue to apply the IPRR method to regulate your emotions. For YEARS I tried to find peace and calm in the midst of my chaotic life…

I’m a wife of 18 years, mom of 4 (ages 17, 14, 12, and 4 😅), former serial worrier, and lover of Jesus and the Bible.
For years, I read countless books, created all the structure, saw counselors at times, tried holistic living, and worked hard to control everything—just to find peace. But all it left me with was frustration and anger. I was missing something.
It wasn’t until I partnered with God, learned what the Bible says about emotions, and understood true emotional stability that I experienced the peace I’d been chasing. I stopped letting the world define how I should feel and handle emotions.
Using years of ministry leadership, self-coaching tools, and God’s word, I developed a method that’s brought me deep healing, stronger relationships, and unshakable peace.
